ABOUT ME
I am an experienced Counsellor, and Clinical Supervisor.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, the BACP (membership number 604223, register number 108475). I am also a verified Psychology Today practitioner.
I gained my postgraduate diploma in the humanist existential approach which means that I support your journey to find positive meaning and purpose in your life. I can help if you are struggling with a crisis of identity or purpose. I am trained to work with a trauma informed approach if traumatic experiences are part of your life story. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or have existential questions about where your life is going. I understand how family expectations, culture, neurodiversity, faith and other lived experiences can shape how we move through the world.
I provide a reflective space to guide and support you. Together we will look with fresh eyes at your life. Your unique self will be the centre of our attention for the time we are together.
I can draw on different counselling approaches to help us understand the core of an issue more quickly. I can work creatively if you like. You take a lead on what you bring, what goals you set, and we will keep reviewing our work to make sure you are comfortable and finding it useful.
COUNSELLING IN PERSON
I offer individual counselling sessions, face to face in north west London, NW6, from therapy rooms, or from my home in the HA9 postcode.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
I am a CPCAB Level 6 qualified Clinical Supervisor.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss a supervision contract.
COUNSELLING ONLINE
I have specialist training in online work, which has some advantages over meeting face to face, especially if you have access or timing issues, or travel a lot. I usually work on the Teams platform.

MY PRACTICE
LOCATION
I am based in north west London, near Wembley and Harrow and I also work from therapy rooms in Queen's Park and West Hampstead. I also do a lot of work online, and can offer 'walking therapy' outdoor sessions.

Please note, if you are a trainee or on a low income, please let me know as I hold some slots and a waiting list where affordability is a barrier
MY RATES
£50 for an initial assessment session
£75 for a 50 minute counselling session online or from my home office in the HA9 postcode.
£90 for a 50 minute counselling session if based in the therapy rooms in NW6 (as I pay for room rent).
£75 for a 50 minute supervision session. These are usually monthly.
WORKING HOURS
Mondays: 10am - 9pm
Tuesdays: 10am - 9pm
Wednesdays: 6pm - 9pm
Thursdays 6pm - 9pm
Fridays 10am - 7pm
